A consult, first (optional)
We meet briefly so you can hear how I work and ask what you need to ask. No pressure to book.

Fiftyish minutes
By video, from wherever you are in California. We find a rhythm that works so your body can settle.

Somatic, spiritual, and honest
Breath, prayer, nature connection and movement alongside talk — grounded in science and in faith.

Something in your hands
You leave with a practice, a worksheet, or language for the thing you could not name. Depth, and then a next step.
Insurance & investment

Most clients pay only a copay

I am in network with Aetna, United Healthcare, UMR and Anthem Blue Cross. Private pay and cash pay are also welcome — booking and benefits are handled through Headway, so you will see your cost before the first session.

I am Veronika Lee Hoover, LCSW, a spiritual and somatic psychotherapist in California. I split my time between Mexico and California, and will soon be setting roots in Texas. I sit with women who are often overwhelmed by their inner worlds and seeking a relationship with God. Together, we tend the nervous system and make room for the sacred and the natural.
